Booked in the evening for next morning. Received confirmation quickly. Got arrival time later that night and confirmation call in the morning. Movers called on their way then updated by text. Fast, efficient, friendly guys. Would recommend and use again.
We only had to change out a living room set. They did not complete before taking off and they ask me for a tip. They were here 45 minutes out of 2 hours that was paid for. I called to let them know that setup wasn’t complete. They said they would be back and never showed up. They also implied they wanted food and drink while here. Um no. Will not use them again sorry.
I guess they did the best they could for now. They loaded the truck and there were some extra stuff that didn’t fit but they packed that thing as full as it gets. I mostly wanted the appliances and heavy furniture loaded first, but they loaded mostly boxes. They did some heavy stuff to be fair. The helper was green which is fine, but he kept dropping stuff off the truck. I hope nothings broken. Good guys though they were nice. Maybe it was my fault for not being clear on what I wanted, but now I have to figure out how to load this heavier furniture by myself.
